What Time Is It?

I am so confused. My flight leaves at 6:00AM. I've got to be at the airport by 4:00. It takes an hour to get to the airport so I have to leave by 3:00. It's after midnight now and the time on my really smart iPhone hasn't sprung forward yet. If I wanted to set my alarm... what time should I set it for? 1:00 or 2:00? I googled the time change. Google tells me the official time doesn't change until 2:00AM. I still don't know what to do and I'm scared to fall asleep. Perhaps that's why God made airport furniture and airplanes so comfortable. Maybe I'll sleep there.
